Michael Holahan is a working photojournalist, who shoots for the Augusta Chronicle, in Augusta Georgia. What I really appreciate about his portfolio, is the amount of variety he delivers. Whether it be sports, the life of an Elvis impersonator, a family who is losing their home due to foreclosure, or three kids raising money for their mother's untimely funeral. Holahan digs, and delivers it all. He has an uncanny ability to capture emotion in the people he documents, and the work really stands out to me.
