Portraits of the Homeless by Lee Jeffries

I found this series of photographs taken of homeless people. These photographs are so incredibly striking. They are almost hard for me to look at; beautiful yet super creepy. I get an uneasy feeling and want to look away but at the same time I cant. The gazes of the subjects way the photographer composed the images are so intriguing and captivating. I love and hate these images at the same time. That to me is what makes a great photograph.
