Renaissance lighting, Christy Rogers
Since we are talking about lighting a lot this week, I looked around for people who used lighting very interestingly. Christy Rogers is a self taught photographer who uses Renaissance light with a single spot light of her subjects underwater i believe while she photographs above the surface. The photos are really abstract and very painterly. They expose the human body in a very beautiful way, and I think each one technically similar has a very difference concept, in which maybe the viewer can conclude themselves.
